Our laser cutting capabilities

Elimold’s laser cutting service can cut complex designs to your specifications. Whether you need one piece or thousands. Send us your DXF or DWG files for a seamless transition to our CNC control.
No matter what material you need, we can keep turnaround time short. Our newest machine has 10,000 watts of power and a table size of 72 x 144, and can cut thicker materials with tighter tolerances than most older lasers. Lasers can hold tighter tolerances on thicker materials than other cutting processes, eliminating secondary operations to clean up the edges of parts, saving you time and money. We cut steel up to 1.0 inches thick, stainless steel and aluminum up to 0.75 inches thick, and brass and copper at much higher thicknesses than all lower wattage lasers.
To ensure we can provide the highest quality laser cut parts, we offer different laser cutting technologies, including CO2 and fiber, each specifically matched to different materials to provide consistent results.
Regardless of material, quantity or size, all parts have a dimensional accuracy of ±0.13mm, a minimum feature size of 1x1mm, and a minimum laser kerf of 0mm. The maximum material thickness that our laser cutting stations can handle is 25.4mm before the laser kerf becomes too large.

What is laser cutting?
