Our in-house plant boasts 58 die casting machines ranging from 250 to 2000 tons, capable of producing bronze parts of various sizes and weights, from a few grams to 20 kilograms, meeting both small and large-volume production needs. We can handle short-term orders ranging from 1 piece to 500,000 pieces per year.

This equipment includes dedicated melting furnaces to heat the metal to the appropriate temperature, and vibration devices to remove the finished castings from the molds. Automated Molding

Our recently installed advanced SINTO fully automated molding and handling system enables the efficient and economical production of high-quality bronze castings that fully meet and exceed industry standards. Our monthly output reaches 70,000 pounds per shift. All castings are corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, acid and alkali-resistant, and meet environmentally friendly lead-free standards C87850 and C903. We comply with ISO, ASME, SAE, ASTM, military standards, and other internationally recognized standards.

No-Bake Forming

Our no-bake forming system utilizes proprietary technology to optimize the setup and production of bronze castings, resulting in castings of exceptional quality, particularly suitable for large castings or those requiring special surface treatments. This system is especially effective in casting impellers, blades, certain machine tools, bushing blanks, gear blanks, and in producing MARCOZA architectural castings such as signs, plaques, architectural markers, decorative restorations, and doorplates.
