With our heavy component CNC machining capabilities, we are a leading supplier of quality machined heavy parts and fabricated parts. Our facility is equipped with large swing lathes, heavy CNC drills, and machining centers to meet the needs of clients around the world, allowing us to handle oversized workpieces weighing up to 250 tons. Our machining equipment is located in elevated areas with lifting capabilities, allowing us to safely handle heavy workpieces. We have a team of skilled machinists who are known for their superb craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail in every machining project.

We are able to machine parts up to 180″ x 90″ on CNC controlled equipment and 336″ x 110″ on manually driven machinery. We also have large CNC turning capabilities up to 90″ in diameter. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with overhead heavy lift equipment capable of moving parts weighing up to 30,000 lbs. Tolerances can easily be achieved to ±.0005″, and all inspections are performed using the most accurate measuring equipment available today. Our equipment is ISO compliant and is able to comply with relevant industry standards. Our leading large part machining capabilities consistently meet the challenges of our customers.

Quality Assurance

One of the workhorses essential to product validation is our coordinate measuring machine (CMM). We use it every day to validate rapid prototypes and machined parts with complex geometries and tight tolerances.
We currently have several Zeiss CMMs – MMZ G Bridge CMM and ACCURA II Bridge CMM, as well as several laser trackers Leica AT901.
Our quality assurance program is focused on ensuring that quality requirements are met for both our internal staff and our customers.

Our Team

We have a dedicated project management team and experienced quality team, able to undertake everything from simple heavy-duty projects to comprehensive projects requiring high levels of welding qualifications and quality documentation. Horizontal and CNC Boring

Our CNC boring machines enlarge an existing drilled hole to a specific diameter. It delivers accurate results, so it’s the most preferred drilling method. We specialize in horizontal boring machines, which can drill on large format pieces while reducing tool deflection.

Horizontal, Vertical, and CNC Turning

Horizontal turning is prominent in many industries and uses a horizontal spindle with different tools mounted on the sides, allowing it to cut across a workpiece efficiently. It also uses flexible and longer beds, which is suitable for longer objects. 

Meanwhile, vertical turning is similar to horizontal turning machines, but the configuration and shape differ where the headstock is on the floor. This configuration makes it ideal for machining large, short, and heavy objects.

Planer and CNC Vertical Milling

Planer mills are suitable for long straight cuts or cuts requiring different angles. It has the same cuts as lathes but is more linear than helical. Furthermore, the milling head can remove significant quantities of materials quickly and easily.

As for CNC Vertical Milling, computer numerically controlled vertical milling machines with vertically oriented tooling are used. These are smaller but can produce components for industrial projects, such as complex curved and box-type parts.
