With our state-of-the-art CNC machines and advanced technology integration, our goal is to provide custom machining solutions that meet your highest standards and help you take your products to the next level.
Elimold has invested significant resources to provide world-class machining services to our customers. Our machining capabilities are supported by the latest advancements in CNC machine tool technology. Our machines include Mazak Integrex, Mazak vertical milling machines, Charmilles wire EDM machines, and FARO Gold arms for precision measurement. Some of the services we provide include multi-axis milling and turning operations, wire EDM drilling and precision cutting, cylindrical and surface grinding, and advanced reverse engineering/inspection capabilities to ensure part accuracy. These tools and services allow us to manufacture components to your exact specifications, better control part quality, and adhere to the schedules you (the customer) require!
Our Custom Machining Capabilities
Most of our competitors do not offer in-house custom machining, while others have only a handful of employees for small custom jobs. Other companies that offer stainless steel sanitary and BPE fittings and related products do not offer custom services at all; if a customer requests it, they typically contract with a local machine shop.
Elimold is different. With a 200,000 square foot facility, we have the equipment, capacity, and personnel with the experience and expertise to manufacture high-quality, custom-machined products or assemblies to your exact specifications, from the simplest to the most complex. Regardless of the size of your job, we will complete it on time and within budget.
Our turning centers are capable of processing workpieces up to 20 inches in diameter. We also have an in-house machine shop that specializes in machining steel forgings, castings, and round bars for heavy material handling. We can cut keyways and provide in-house flame hardening as needed. We have a vertical machining center that measures 84 inches by 32 inches by 30 inches with 4th axis capability.
Whatever type of part you need machined, we can work directly from your drawings and specifications, or use our own 3D CAD software to help you design high-quality precision machined parts.

Our precision in-house Custom Machine shop quickly makes adjustments or changes to any part in our catalog, saving you the headache involved in outsourcing these services. We can also make an entirely new piece completely customized for your needs. And if it’s not a material we carry, we’ll source it for you.
No Minimums
You have access to over 200 stock structural shapes so we can make your custom bracket or part fast. Don’t waste time working with multiple vendors — with Elimold there are no minimum charges and no minimum runs. Our state-of-the-art equipment can handle single parts or large quantities.
