Elimold uses the international standard ISO 2768 to control the non-injection molding linear tolerances of machined parts. ISO 2768(F) applies to metal parts, and ISO 2768(M) applies to plastic parts. Generally, we can guarantee machining accuracy between ±0.10mm and ±0.05mm. If stricter tolerances are required, please provide a 2D drawing with complete annotation information. Our engineering team will communicate with you regarding critical dimensional tolerances and strive to provide the highest possible machining accuracy.
