Types of Copper Die Casting

We offer comprehensive copper die casting services using both hot chamber and cold chamber die casting methods to meet a wide range of material requirements and project specifications.

placeholder

Hot Chamber Copper Die Casting

Hot chamber die casting is a high-pressure die casting process suitable for low-melting-point copper alloys. Unlike cold chamber die casting, the injection system in hot chamber die casting is immersed in molten metal, resulting in a faster and more efficient casting process.

Cold Chamber Copper Die Casting

Cold chamber die casting is a high-pressure die casting process suitable for high-melting-point metals such as brass and copper alloys. Unlike hot chamber die casting, where the injection mechanism is immersed in molten metal, the cold chamber die casting process keeps the molten metal separate from the injection system.
