What is PPO?
Polyphenylene oxide (PPO) is a thermoplastic polymer derived from phenolic compounds. It is known for its excellent dimensional stability, low water absorption, and superior electrical properties.
PPO is poly(2,6-dimethyl-p-phenylene) oxide. The ether bonds make it easier to process. Copolymers are called PPE (polyphenylene oxide). Commercially available PPO (or PPE) is often blended with other thermoplastic materials such as PS (or HIPS), nylon, etc. These blends are still referred to as PPO or PPE. It is often blended with polystyrene (PS), polyamide (PA), or glass fiber to enhance mechanical strength and processing properties, making it ideal for industrial and engineering applications.

Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the machinery, skilled workforce, and expertise you need. Our equipment for various production tasks includes 22 different injection molding machines, ranging from 75 tons (3 ounces injection volume) to 2200 tons (500 ounces injection volume), producing finished parts weighing from 4 grams to 44 pounds, including vertical injection molding machines with shuttle tables. This factory is one of the most advanced in the injection molding industry. Our factory staff are highly trained and skilled professionals proficient in all our production processes.
