UHMW is an abbreviation for Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene, commonly referred to simply as UHMW. Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) belongs to the thermoplastic polymer family. The ultra-high molecular weight (5 million to 9 million atomic mass units) of UHMW originates from its extremely long polymer chains, all aligned in the same direction. Advanced Plastic Injection Molding Equipment and Capabilities
Elimold primarily provides injection molding services at its in-house factory in Shenzhen, China (16,600 square meters, approximately 168,000 square feet). The factory is fully automated to ensure the highest quality and consistency. We possess over 130 advanced machines, including injection molding machines with clamping forces ranging from 30 to 2200 tons, including both two-component and three-component injection molding machines. These facilities also provide rapid on-site mold repair, maintenance, and modification services to ensure continuous mold availability for production. This in-house production facility offers CAD, mold making, tooling repair and maintenance, prototyping, injection molding, testing, finishing (assembly, printing, painting, and sterilization), logistics and transportation, and in-house tooling development.

Our Class 8 cleanroom enables the collaborative, confident, and accident-free transformation of medical-grade UHMW-PE plastic products.
