Upon receiving your drawings, Elimold’s quotation engineering team will review them to ensure a full understanding of material types, special drawing specifications, tolerances, secondary surface treatments, and other information. Once you receive a quotation from Elimold, you can place your order.
Additionally, as part of the new order process, your custom CNC precision parts will undergo a comprehensive review by our engineering department, which we call New Product Review (NPR). This process aims to ensure our production schedule is in place and fully meets your needs. Afterward, Elimold will confirm the order with the customer, verifying the price and delivery time are reasonable, and then deliver the order to one of our award-winning in-house factories for production.

CNC Turning and Milling
Our advanced CNC turning and milling equipment enables us to provide a full range of machining services, including face milling, parting, grooving, drilling, tapping, and more. Typically, we can turn parts up to 3 inches x 457.2 inches. In addition, our high-speed vertical and horizontal machining centers produce high-precision machined parts widely used in numerous industries. We offer horizontal milling CNC machined parts up to 24 inches x 24 inches x 28 inches, and vertical milling CNC machined parts up to 64 inches x 34 inches x 30 inches. We are capable of 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining with tolerances down to ±0.0002 inches.
Multi-Axis CNC Turning
We have a full eight-axis CNC turning center equipped with an automatic bar feeder, capable of machining parts from 1/2 inch to 2-9/16 inch in diameter and up to 36 feet in length. We can also hold materials up to 7 feet in diameter. Our CNC turning services achieve tolerances of ±0.0005 inches for all dimensions and are ISO 9001 certified, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
Swiss-Type CNC Multi-Axis Turning
We are equipped with an eight-axis Swiss-type CNC machining center with an integrated automatic bar feeder. This advanced equipment can machine a variety of materials, including ferrous and non-ferrous metal alloys, plastics, aluminum, and stainless steel, with dimensions ranging from 0.093 inches to 1.5 inches in diameter and length from 0.093 inches to 60 inches. Our advanced Swiss-type CNC machining services achieve accuracy of ±0.0005 inches and are ISO certified.
Electrical Discharge Machining Services
