CNC High Speed Vertical Milling

At Elimold, we provide premium vertical CNC milling services to customers across a wide range of industries. Our processes range from drilling and boring to cam profiling and tapping to 3D contouring and pocketing. Our in-house CNC machining shop features advanced 4- and 5-axis horizontal milling machines as well as high-speed vertical milling machines with spindle speeds up to 50,000 RPM. Our milling capabilities are ideal for applications across a wide range of industries; including everything from prototypes to large composite orders. Our high-speed vertical milling machines are powerful and designed to machine materials that are difficult or impossible to machine economically on lesser systems. When this capability is combined with our precision CNC grinding resources, we can achieve ultra-precise surface finishes and tolerances to meet the needs of nearly any application. As a true full-service machine shop, Elimold’s expertise and equipment resources extend far beyond the machining and grinding phases of a project. On the front end, we can provide engineering support, reverse engineering, and in-house CAM programming. On the back end, we take care of all deburring and cleaning, our quality department will prepare quality control reports and is equipped with a variety of testing and inspection equipment to ensure and verify all dimensional specifications and full compliance with the most stringent industry standards.
